Scott Panetti's sister, Victoria Panetti Studer,
has pioneered a movement called, RAP N' ROCK THE DEATH CLOCK. She has enlisted the support of celebrities from the worlds
of rap, rock and movies to voice their opposition to the Death Execution of Scott.
The following people
may know Victoria and have personally signed a petition at NAMM music convention to support Scott. Or
they have personally written letters to government against the execution of Scott. Some have also publicly proclaimed
they would like the death penalty abolished in all cases.
