WRITE A LETTER TO THE TEXAS BOARD OF PARDONS AND PAROLES

Write a letter viewing your opinions AGAINST the death penalty and respectfully asking the Texas Board of Pardons and Paroles to commute Scott Panetti's Death Sentence to Life Imprisonment.

Your letter should be composed using three paragraphs.

PARAGRAPH 1: Explain who you are, and respectfully asking the board to listen to you.

PARAGRAPH 2: Explain how you either know Scott, or how you know about his case. This way the board knows that you are making a heart felt plea and/or an informed plea.

PARAGRAPH 3: Ask the Board to commute his Death Penalty to Life Imprisonment.
